I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (License #MG 60584509) in the state of Washington. I received my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. Additionally, I received my Medical Family Therapy Certificate from Seattle Pacific University and have experience working within the healthcare system. I have completed Level 3 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and often use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work with couples. I am a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

In addition to my training as a mental health therapist, I am a Certified Disability Management Specialist and have almost a decade of experience working with disabled and injured workers. This has included providing vocational rehabilitation counseling and career services as well as collaborating with providers in the healthcare system.
